Tennis Ayrshire (formerly 'Ayrshire Lawn Tennis Association') was set up around 1923 to serve the needs of tennis amatuers and professionals in the District of Ayrshire.

We are directly funded by the Tennis Clubs of Ayrshire.

Ladies' & Men's Doubles Leagues 2016

The 2016 competition will run for 10 weeks from Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 April, followed by the play-offs on 29 & 30 June. Team entries should be received by Sunday 6 March, with draws announced shortly after.

Scottish Cup
From 2016, the Scottish Inter Club Challenge Cup (Scottish Cup) will be wholly organised by Tennis Scotland.  The competition will have only one ‘national’ stage with online entries invited from Member clubs by Tennis Scotland in January.  

It is planned to change the team and match format and details will be announced by Tennis Scotland in December. 


Ayrshire Indoor Mixed Doubles 2015-16

The Ayrshire Indoor Mixed Doubles competition will again take place this year at Prestwick Indoor Tennis Centre on Sunday evenings 7pm-8.45pm.

British Tennis Membership and Tennis Ratings

As a member of an affiliated tennis club you are entitled to free British Tennis Membership (BTM). This is an arm of the LTA. Clubs are awarded Wimbledon tickets according to the number of BTMs they have so it is in every club's interest to get their members to sign up.
