The 83rd Annual General Meeting of Tennis Ayrshire will be held at 7pm on Thursday 17^th November 2011 at the Carlton Hotel, Prestwick.

Tea & coffee will be available for all attendees at the meeting. Agenda for the meeting as well as the proposed changes as noted in the minutes attached will be circulated in due course as any proposals would need to be back with the Secretary by 27th of October. Please ensure that you read carefully the changes that are being made and if you have any thoughts on these proposals you are welcome to attend the AGM.

There is no limit to the number of delegates representing each affiliated club at the meeting, though only one person from each club (including office bearers) will have voting rights. Non-affiliated clubs are welcome to attend, but will have no voting rights.

As we are nearing the AGM this will be the final request for people to come forward to be part of the comittee, we will be looking for a Secretary, President and Vice President. It is important that all clubs sre represented and have their input in what is happening within the district, so this is your opportunity to become part of this and join the committee. With all the changes that are taking place at the moment it is important that Ayrshire as a district can continue to provide all the activities and events that we run at present for all affiliated clubs within the district, but without the continued support from the clubs and people on the committee this will not be possible. We need each individual clubs support to ensure that the committee positions can be filled at the AGM next month. Please advise anyone at your club that you think might be interested, this might even be a parent of a junior member that would be suitable for any of the positons.
